In partnership with Vasantham, SMART is a harm reduction counseling program which offers the following services:
- Intake and assessment
- Individual and group counseling regarding substance use issues
- Assist newcomers to access treatment
- Case management and referrals
- Community information sessions regarding substance use and criminal justice issues
- Services available in English and Tamil
