To address addiction problems in the Tamil community in two priority neighbourhoods: Malvern and Kennedy East, as well as other areas in Scarborough. Activities include stigma reduction, increased awareness in Tamil community, education, outreach, media outreach, and relapse prevention in a culturally appropriate fashion.

Note: While Vasantham is a Seniors' Centre, this program does not have age limitations.
